The speaker for this program is Stacie Holland, Stacie began her professional career in the long-term care setting with 12 years of practice experience as a Consultant Pharmacist with a focus on optimizing clinical outcomes with chronic conditions for geriatric patients at the patient level and a focus on quality, cost-savings and education at the facility level.
