Catherine Cooke, PharmD

Catherine Cooke, PharmD, MS, BCPS, PAHM is a Research Associate Professor at the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy. As a board-certified pharmacist, she has provided medication therapy management (MTM) services to eligible Medicare beneficiaries and managed an MTM program for a health plan. She was also the primary caregiver for an older adult. Her current efforts focus on research and policy initiatives to improve the quality of medication-related care. With professional and personal experience caring for older adults, she is excited to work toward reliable delivery of age-friendly care.
