Jaron Stout

Jaron Stout Pharm.D. FASCP is the founder and CEO of Collaborative Pharmacy Consulting, the most progressive and innovative pharmacy consulting practice in the country. The first consulting service to offer enhanced patient care through collaborative practice agreements, and incident-to services with physicians in nursing facilities. He is also the founder and leader of the Collaborative Coalition of Physicians and Pharmacists to improve regulations to help promote a more collaborative, team-based approach to health care. In 2021 he was the recipient of the Armon Neel Award for innovation from the American Society of Consultant Pharmacists.
